Blogger Small Group – Scripture Release Week 3

with 2 comments

Scripture Release Day:
Partnered with Jeff over at Consuming Worship, we are releasing week three’s scripture for the Blogger Small Group. If you unaware of what this small group still is, GO HERE to read the expectations, instructions and guidelines.

We will dive straight into James chapter three(3) this week. I’m excited to continue on. This past weeks scripture brought up a lot of different views of how the scripture could be read, which was very cool, and definitely is the benefit of a small group. I felt bad as I was reading because not always did I feel the desire/pull to post a comment on someone’s blog. I wanted to, but just for the sake of commenting. To be sure of not becoming something I don’t want this group to be, I chose to not comment if I didn’t feel lead. With that said I love reading all of the ways God speaks through the same scripture to all of us. I will be reading all of these throughout the week.

Anyhow, remember, next Tuesday is when we get together and meet to share where this scripture lead us, and to discuss with each other in whatever way God leads us. Don’t forget to invite others to share this journey with us.

  1. I actually do like the new banner you did for the small blogger group, I think I am going to stay retro just for sake of not having to go back and change my other posts 🙂

    Red pool table… that’s awesome.

  2. Leave the others and just start from here using the new one. We’re only on week three now. Better to catch it early, compared to changing it at week fifteen.
